This bullet is terrible unless you’re trying to stop inanimate objects and/or exclusively nude attackers. I really wanted to like these bullets and to offer them in a reasonably-priced SD option. However, even out of a 16″ carbine these bullets failed 100% of the time when denim was placed in front of our ballistic gel block. Is your assailant going to wear a jean jacket? Probably not. Does he rock a mullet and slam PBRs? Well- maybe he will. Even if not, I wouldn’t take the chance….and neither should you. If a little fabric can turn your bullet into a flat point FMJ, you’re missing the point. Your life and mabe your family’s lives are on the line. Spend extra on the best bullets avaialable. In my opinion, Solid Copper Hollow Points are unmatched and absolutely worth the premium.
