    ".45 ACP Low Pressure 230gr for Shaved Webley Mk VI"

    "Just purchased a box of the low pressure .45 ACP in 230gr for my shaved 1917 Mk VI. They fired without issue. I am happy to have found a source for ammunition for this old gun. I had passed on shaved Webley's in the past because I did not want a pistol that I could not shoot, and I did not want to fire modern high pressure .45 ACP's through it the possibility of damaging my Mk VI.     "Great ammo! I put a box through my (new to me) Webley and it worked perfectly! I was so happy to find a manufacturer who addressed not only the problem of finding modern ammunition in an antiquated caliber but also the issue of the higher pressure from new ammo in an old firearm.     Description

    This is our 230gr Round Nose 455 Webley load.  It is designed for use in shaved cylinders with moon clips.  It uses 45 ACP Starline brass, and is pressure tested in-house to ensure pressures do not exceed 13,200 PSI in Webley revolvers.

    This 230 grain load has very light recoil.
