This projectile is capable of acheiving jaw-dropping penetration with your suppressed or unsuppressed 45-70. Our favorite way to launch these: a Wren Metal Works, integrally-suppressed, custom lever gun. These were developed with a bore rider diameter that will easily chamber in all 45-70 chambers, including the shorter throat found on Henry rifles. In addition, the nose profile and crimp groove location have been optimized for lever gun feeding.
For barrles 16″ and under, we recommend our 730gr projectiles.
