This is a little-known 7.7 Japanese Arisaka load that has developed a cult following. This handsome 7.7 X 58mm load looks the part with a round nose profile, and is a great option for hunting large game. From a 26″ barrel Type 99, muzzle velocity is 2,300 fps. This Hornady Interlock bullet offers proven, controlled expansion. Loaded by Steinel, this round provides the consistency, expansion, and energy needed to effectively take game with a piece of history. Feeding is smooth and reliable.
