    "Outstanding ammo. So far I have shot 300 rounds of this and it has been spectacular. Also during cleaning I have noticed it is not very dirty. We have been able to get 4 inch groupings at 50 yards with this. I love it and I can�t recommend Steinel Ammmunition enough. They truly are an amazing company to shop from."

    This 500 S&W Magnum load uses a 350 grain Hornady XTP Magnum projectile, driven 1,715 fps from an 8 3/8″ barrel. Expect 1,400 fps from the shorter, more painful 4″ X-Frame. This round provides devastating performance on virtually any North American game, even from revolver-length barrels. Used for [relatively speaking] affordable target shooting and hunting, this load continues to be one of Steinel’s most popular big-bore handgun offerings.

    WARNING: This load, and all properly-loaded 500 S&W ammo, has substantial recoil and should be kept away from the novice shooter.
