Each of our 450 Bushmaster loads is developed using a universal receiver and pressure barrel in addition to velocity screens to ensure consistent velocity and pressures. We also test with calibrated Type A ballistic gelatin for objective penetration and expansion results. During production, we use a very high sample rate and inspect overall length, primer seating depth, concentricity, powder charge, and neck tension. We also use a SAAMI case gauge to ensure you receive ammunition you can trust in the field or when it counts most.

1)  280gr Brass Solid Spire Point – Maximum Penetration: Engineered for barrier performance and deep penetration, the 280gr brass solid spire point is ideal for scenarios where controlled, deep penetration is required. Solid construction and spire point geometry preserve mass and penetrate heavy hide and bone.

Use: Big game hunting, brush country, barrier‑present scenarios.

2) 240gr JHP – Traditional Hunting Load: A time‑tested jacketed hollow‑point optimized for controlled expansion on deer‑sized game. Balances penetration and expansion for humane, effective terminal performance.

Use: Typical deer hunting and general-purpose medium game.

3) 425gr Solid Copper HP Subsonic – Heavy Subsonic: Advanced solid copper hollow point designed for subsonic velocities delivering massive momentum for a subsonic round, and extreme expansion.
